Coloured vegetables like carrots and pumpkins contain a lot of vitamin A. Fish is among the healthiest foods on the planet. It provides vitamin D, improves sleep quality, and is good for the brain. We also eat meat, eggs, cheese..., but we shouldn’t eat too much. We should avoid sweetened food, such as candies and ice cream. Fat, oil, and salt are not good, either. We should take them in small amounts only.
